Terms of Purchase

1. Account

You need an account to make purchases and are responsible for all activity on your account. See also our Terms of Service.

2. Deposits and balance

Services are paid for with your account balance. Deposit methods and related rules are described in our Payment Policy.

3. Pricing

The price of each package is shown on the order page in the website's currency. Prices may change over time; a placed order is charged at the price at the time of ordering.

4. Placing an order

• You are responsible for entering the correct link, quantity and required information.
• The link/account must stay public while the order is running.
• Order content must comply with the law and our Content Policy; violating orders are rejected and the account may be suspended.

5. Confirmation and processing

An order is confirmed when the system successfully deducts your balance and it appears in your Order History. Delivery follows our Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellation

Orders that have started usually cannot be cancelled. Some packages provide a Cancel button in Order History; the unfulfilled part is refunded to your balance under our Refund Policy.

7. Refunds and warranty

Governed by our Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.

8. Invoices

If you need an invoice/receipt for a deposit, please send a request via the Contact page.
